Dieses nat\u00fcrliche Getr\u00e4nk \u00fcberzeugt mit seinem feinen Aroma, seiner angenehmen Frische und ist eine wunderbare Alternative zu industriell hergestellten Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lindenbl\u00fcten werden seit Jahrhunderten gesch\u00e4tzt und finden sowohl in der K\u00fcche als auch in der traditionellen Kr\u00e4uterkunde Verwendung. In Form einer hausgemachten Limonade entfalten sie ihr zartes, blumiges Aroma besonders gut und sorgen f\u00fcr einen einzigartigen Geschmack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Zubereitung ben\u00f6tigen Sie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 gro\u00dfe Handvoll frische Lindenbl\u00fcten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Liter Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Bio-Zitrone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 Essl\u00f6ffel Honig oder Zucker nach Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eisw\u00fcrfel zum Servieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zun\u00e4chst werden die Lindenbl\u00fcten vorsichtig ausgesch\u00fcttelt, um eventuelle Insekten zu entfernen. Anschlie\u00dfend das Wasser zum Kochen bringen und leicht abk\u00fchlen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend kann sie nach Belieben mit zus\u00e4tzlichem Wasser verd\u00fcnnt werden. Gut gek\u00fchlt und mit Eisw\u00fcrfeln serviert, entsteht ein herrlich erfrischendes Sommergetr\u00e4nk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer den Geschmack noch intensiver gestalten m\u00f6chte, kann einige frische Minzbl\u00e4tter oder Zitronenmelisse hinzuf\u00fcgen.
