Rosenmarmelade geh\u00f6rt zu den alten Rezepten, die von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wurden. Besonders geeignet sind traditionelle alte Rosensorten mit intensivem Aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wichtig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nur unbehandelte Bl\u00fcten verwenden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Bl\u00fcten fr\u00fch morgens pfl\u00fccken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>den wei\u00dfen unteren Teil der Bl\u00e4tter entfernen, damit die Marmelade nicht bitter wird<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du brauchst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g Rosenbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saft von 1 Zitrone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Rosen vorbereiten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bl\u00fctenbl\u00e4tter vorsichtig waschen und trocknen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Mit Zucker vermischen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Rosenbl\u00e4tter mit etwas Zucker und Zitronensaft vermengen und leicht zerdr\u00fccken.
